Flame n’ Glow Candle Co does not accept returns. However, we do offer same item exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery at support@flamenglowcandleco.com.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@flamenglowcandleco.com.

Please Note:  You must notify us within 72 hours of package receipt.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
To be eligible for an exchange, please include the following in your email:
- Name
- Order Number
- A photo of the packaging and the damaged item.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
